Sea proximity environment or exposure to salt and saline storage require rust and corrosive resistant doors with aluminum skins such as the Alucent or the AluRoyal doors or the extruded aluminum AL-2000 door. Wash down environment or hygienic facilities such as laboratories, clean room and hospitals call for the same Thermostop door models. All hardware steel components, including shaft and springs, are galvanized for rust resistance. Motors and electric accessories are NEMA-4 waterproof.
