The Thermostop™ AluRoyal is your finest aluminum insulated door.

It is light and beautiful, but extremely robust and well insulated. Its weightless 16 gauge aluminum skin comes in a sublime clear anodized finish or in a shop painted color of your choice.

The Thermostop™ AluRoyal has the best insulation value of the industry (up to 4" thick polyurethane foam core) and is ideal for applications such as :

Thickness Manufacturing process	3 options available : 2" (50mm): Thermostop™ AluRoyal, model Mark II-166A 3" (75mm): Thermostop™ AluRoyal, model Mark III-166A 4" (100mm): Thermostop™ AluRoyal, model Mark IV-166A The inner core consists of rigid polyurethane, foamed in place under high pressure between two metal skins.
Joint and seal	High quality aluminum skins roll formed into an exclusive tongue-and-groove joint with a true thermal break and a double-shaped weather seal (single seal for the Mark II models).
Metal skins	16ga. (1.30mm) aluminum.
Finish	Smooth finish. Standard clear anodized. Optional shop painted color.
Perimeter weather seal	3-lip, flexible PVC weather seal, retained in an extra robust extruded aluminum retainer.
Bottom weather seal	U-shaped, flexible PVC weather seal, retained in a heavy duty extruded aluminum retainer (ome bottom seal for the Mark II models).
End caps	Sections are equipped with 16ga. (1.42mm) thick galvanized steel end caps.
Glazing options	Type A (for the Mark II models only) : Full view extruded aluminum panel. Standard anodized finish. Type B : Black square frame. Double acrylic or 1/8" - 1/8" sealed glass. Standard 24" x 12". Type C : Black round corner frame. Double acrylic glass. Standard 24" x 12". Type E : White square frame windows. Standard 24" x 12".
