The Breakfree™ 200 impactable door is a 2” thick polyurethane foam insulated door that has the capability of releasing the breakaway bottom panel upon impact. This impactable breakaway door is designed to let go of the bottom section upon impact, either outward or inward, and the panel can be set right back in place. The Breakfree 2” thick expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulated knockout bottom panel, in 24″ or 48″ heights, is made of extremely impact resistant composite skins that can withstand heavy impacts. The airtight Breakfree 200 impactable door is outfitted with a panel joint bubble seal, a robust triple-lip perimeter weather seal and a U-rubber bottom seal.

The top and intermediate sections high quality galvanized steel skins are rollfor med into an exclusive tongue and groove joint with a true thermal break and a bubble-shaped weather seal.
The bottom section is sealed on three sides (2 sides and top) by a replaceable brush seal and at the bottom by an
airtight U rubber.
The door perimeter is sealed with triple lip, flexible PVC weather seal, held in an extra-robust extruded aluminum retainer.
